Abbey Road Advisors lends its expertise to all aspects of the properties we own including lease negotiation, construction, and hands on supervision of all property management efforts.


From the point of acquisition and throughout the asset management process, we continually monitor market conditions and conduct financial analysis to ensure a well-reasoned exit strategy through sale, refinance or re-capitalization. In all cases, we make those decisions in order to maximize the returns for our investors.

Current Development

Located at the corner of Commerce Drive and Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, CT, Trademark is a ground-up, mixed-use development project within walking distance of the Fairfield MetroCenter train station.

The development features 101 for-rent apartment units, 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and an expansive amenity deck complete with pool, bocce court and an outdoor BBQ area. The project was completed in June of 2017. Abbey Road Advisors was the co-developer of the project along with Skala Partners.
